Ripple

Build a full-viewport CURSOR-DRIVEN hero section using React, Tailwind CSS, and Lucide React icons. Use the Inter Tight font (display + UI) and IBM Plex Mono (labels) from Google Fonts. The entire page is a single full-height hero — no scrolling. This is RIPPLE, a fluid interface/software brand: the cursor ripples the surface it moves across.

A full-screen background video plays on loop, muted, autoplaying, playsInline, object-cover, fixed behind everything at z-index 0.

Footage: a calm liquid-metal / mercury / silk-water surface catching cool light.
