Build a single full-viewport cinematic hero for an ancient-coin dealer (numismatics) using React, Tailwind CSS, and Lucide React icons. Use the Playfair Display font for headlines and IBM Plex Mono for tiny labels/specs, both from Google Fonts. The whole page is one hero — no scrolling — and THE CURSOR drives the motion: an ancient coin video rotates as the mouse moves, and the layers parallax toward the pointer.
