Build a full-viewport CURSOR-DRIVEN hero section using React, Tailwind CSS, and Lucide React icons. Use the Instrument Serif font (display) and Inter Tight (UI) from Google Fonts. The entire page is a single full-height hero — no scrolling. This is ATLASWORKS, a creative studio: a sculptural form the cursor turns and light rakes across.
